Don't fear, ZM is here! We ensure that our tenants always have the best security no matter the property. All of our buildings are fully equipped with camera security systems. Our front and rear doors are locked at all times to prevent unauthorized access.

Owning the properties that we manage allows us to have more control over what we do with our buildings. To provide a pleasant living experience we provide all of our tenants with access to laundry, whether it be through our free machines or with our own laundry service. We host additional weekly and monthly services, such as gym/yoga sessions in a nearby park and building-exclusive BBQ events, to enhance the communal experience for our tenants.

The management industry has plagued tenants with uneccesary fees for far too long. We will never charge you to see an apartment, to place an application on an apartment, to move into an apartment, to collect your trash, or to renew your lease agreement. We also cover our listing agents broker fees for all of our free market apartments so that you do not have to.

As landlords managing our own properties, we inherently take repair requests seriously and address them promptly due to our direct financial and emotional investment in the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and tenants are satisfied. Conversely, property managers without ownership stakes might not exhibit the same immediacy in addressing repairs, potentially due to managing multiple properties and navigating bureaucratic processes.
